How we run every scaffold

Our approach

We plan each scaffold around the work that will happen on it, whether that is roofing, brickwork, solar or maintenance. Because the group has its own roofers, builders and installers, we often know exactly what access is needed before we arrive.

Our own fleet of 3 flatbeds and 2 lorries means we deliver, erect, adapt and strike on our own schedule, without waiting on third-party transport.

Why choose us

Scaffolders covering Staffordshire, Birmingham and the West Midlands

Domestic scaffolding

Scaffolds for re-roofing, chimney repairs, rendering, painting, windows and solar panel installs on houses of every size, from terraces to large detached homes. We plan each scaffold around the work being done from it.

Housing and commercial scaffolding

We scaffold housing developments, new builds and commercial buildings, with loading bays, edge protection and adaptations as the job progresses. We work with main contractors, developers, roofers and homeowners.

Our own fleet, dependable dates

Staff4dshire Scaffolding runs 3 flatbeds and 2 lorries, so deliveries, adaptations and collections happen on our schedule rather than a haulier's. Scaffold licences for pavements and roads are applied for through the relevant highway authority, and we can advise on the process.

Staff4dshire Scaffolding: frequently asked questions

Do you do domestic and commercial scaffolding?

Yes. We scaffold for both housing and commercial projects, from single homes and housing developments to commercial buildings.

Do you have your own transport?

Yes. We run our own fleet of 3 flatbeds and 2 lorries, so deliveries and collections are not held up by third-party transport.

Do I need a scaffold licence?

If the scaffold stands on a pavement or road, a licence is needed from the highway authority (for example Staffordshire County Council, or Walsall, Wolverhampton or Birmingham councils). Scaffolds wholly on private land do not need one.

Can you scaffold for solar panel installations?

Yes. We regularly provide access for Margav Energy and other installers.

Do you provide chimney scaffolds?

Yes, chimney scaffolds and roof access are among our most common domestic jobs.

How long is the hire period?

Hire periods are agreed and shown on the quote, and extensions are simple to arrange.

Which areas do you cover?

Rugeley, Lichfield, Cannock, Stafford, Hednesford, Burntwood, Stone, Uttoxeter, Tamworth, Burton upon Trent, Walsall, Wolverhampton, Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield and surrounding areas.

How do I get a scaffolding quote?

Email the address, the work planned and photos of the elevations to tom@staff4dshiregroup.com, or call 01889 256069.
